Good news! All these stressed-out words are gloriously good information! Why? Our moves in stress are actually pathways out of that crappy-feeling place. You can use stress to investigate what’s going on (the why or the cause of stress). It’s an invitation for self-love and self-care. Then you can consciously choose the high side traits of your stress number. For example, when my 5 self moves to 7 and I catch the manic cleaning, doing, emoting, I can then learn why I’m stressed. And then choose to pick one fun, adventurous activity and do that instead. It lifts me out of the whirlwind of disintegration so well!
