Social media creates spaces for us to connect, but let’s be honest, it also demands way more than you might have to give. It’s relentless and ever-changing. Whether you post personally, as in influencer, or to support a business, content creation can be exhausting.

Climbing the rocks to sit on them😎😜🌵

Holidays can be fun … 😂sometimes😂 - they can also be wildly stressful! Here’s some chill vibes for you today: the way you move to stress (Enneagram stress arrows) can actually help you! Becoming conscious of stress allows you to choose how to love yourself in the midst of upset and how to move into more peace. You can decide to take on the high side attributes of your “stress arrow” Type.

Dare to allow whatever arises to be your guide. Let your feelings bubble to the surface and observe them, feel them, and honor them. There is something magical in conscious surrender. We choose to let go and see what happens, knowing at all times we can jump back in and take the reigns.

When we wake up from the trance of personality - or type - we can see how it’s been working so hard to keep us safe. First, the work is to love our types and thank them for doing their job for so many years. Then, our new awareness helps us identify choices: do we want to continue in type patterns or not? Are there new, healthier ways of being safe in the world?

You all had so many requests for Type combinations I had to do a part 1 & 2! Which was quite fun. Here is part 2!
