How do you continue to engage with the Enneagram after you’ve learned the basics? Many of us feel like: “Yeah, I get my type, but what next? What do I actually DO?”
It’s important to remember that personality tools like the Enneagram are meant to expand rather than contract. You’re not limited to stereotypes, you break the mold in myriad and mysterious ways!
Here’s a list of permission slips in case you’re feeling tense and need a reminder that boundaries, while hard, make you feel better in the long run. Protecting your peace and what is important to you, communicating these boundaries in kind but firm ways, and loving both yourself and others is a lot of work.

Every type struggles with something. And while we’re not responsible for each other, we can lean into our relationships, offering (in healthy ways) the specific kind of care each type needs to thrive!
