It’s easy to be self-critical when we become more aware of the dark underbellies of our Enneagram types. In coaching sessions, I try to present a non-dualistic energy that helps people see how type is both impeding growth AND a superpower that imbues specific gifts and talents.
Differences in communication styles can be one of the top ways we misunderstand and misinterpret each other. Conflicts break out simply because the ways in which we speak to each other totally miss!
