Sometimes, we just need to be seen.💕
Embracing healthy conflict is a powerful tool for growth and understanding. The vibes we get from others or notice in ourselves are key indicators of health and safety during conflict!
When we wake up from the trance of personality - or type - we can see how it’s been working so hard to keep us safe. First, the work is to love our types and thank them for doing their job for so many years. Then, our new awareness helps us identify choices: do we want to continue in type patterns or not? Are there new, healthier ways of being safe in the world?

Sometimes, what we need is a long, deep breath in and a long exhale out, and to speak to ourselves with love.
As we know, stereotypes exist for a reason: they recognize patterns within groups. The Enneagram runneth over with very true stereotypes. And yet, we are all unique. We break the mold.
